Description

The Snowdon Mountain Railway is a narrow-gauge rack and pinion mountain railway in Gwynedd, north-west Wales. It is a tourist railway that travels for 4.7 miles from Llanberis to the summit of Snowdon, the highest peak in Wales.

Tickets

Advance bookings are made via our website and are subject to a £3.50 administration charge per booking (not per ticket). During busy periods such as school holidays and spells of fine weather we can sell out weeks in advance, so it is always better to pre-book before travelling to the station to avoid disappointment.

It is recommended that you arrive 30 minutes prior to travel to collect pre-booked tickets. Tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable, if possible, check the weather forecast before booking.
